The hybrid hiring model by Epicode
Get familiar with the benefits of remote hiring in an even easier way.
By combining our knowledge in the field of Remote Staffing with our many years of experience as a development agency, we have developed a hybrid servicing model for hiring Developers.
How does this work in practice?:
We make a developer from our pool in Manila available and deploy it on your project for a pre-agreed number of hours. The applied rate depends on the number of hours purchased and the discount on the hourly rate increases as you purchase more hours.
In the hybrid service model, we provide project- and people management if desired. If so, the responsibility for delivering the desired end product will also lie with us. We charge 90 eur for project management and control. per hour and calculate this over 10% of the total number of development hours spent.
The main advantage of this package is that you can call on external development capacity, without having to hire a full FTE for this right away. Furthermore you can also leave the control and project management to us.
In short; flexibility and no-worries on the one hand and a permanently competitive rate and clarity on the other.
This solution is perfect if you need more capacity every now and then, but are not yet ready to hire or hire a full FTE/new colleague for a longer term.

Rates for hiring a developer with us already starts from 20 euros p/hr. The actual rate is dependent on the seniority level, experience and specific skills.
Junior Developer
A junior developer who can smoothly be assigned to work autonomously and connect to an existing team.
