    We make a developer from our pool in Manila available and deploy it on your project for a pre-agreed number of hours. The applied rate depends on the number of hours purchased and the discount on the hourly rate increases as you purchase more hours.

    In the hybrid service model, we provide project- and people management if desired. If so, the responsibility for delivering the desired end product will also lie with us. We charge 90 eur for project management and control. per hour and calculate this over 10% of the total number of development hours spent.

    The main advantage of this package is that you can call on external development capacity, without having to hire a full FTE for this right away.  Furthermore you can also leave the control and project management to us.

    In short; flexibility and no-worries on the one hand and a permanently competitive rate and clarity on the other.

    This solution is perfect if you need more capacity every now and then, but are not yet ready to hire or hire a full FTE/new colleague for a longer term.

    • Can you tell us a bit about your company?

      Finqle is a factoring company specialized in building invoice chains with associated debtor financing. We serve a customer base from freelancer to corporate. The software we use is developed in-house. We use a mix of local and Filipino developers.

    • How do you experience working together with Epicode?

      We have been working with Epicode for quite some time now and we have 7 developers in Manila. The experience with this group of colleagues has been extremely positive, for the following reasons:

      • The education level is high. Both in terms of training and technical skills.
      • Due to strong substantive knowledge, everyone can work autonomously. Simply following steps is not an issue.
      • Despite the time difference, the Dutch working day is adhered to.
      • Filipino society is quite westernized. This provides a good connection to our culture and everyone speaks good English.

      As our software team grew, we noticed a discrepancy between the price of the offer and the quality of the offer in the Netherlands. We then started looking for alternatives.
